This weekend we had a brunch for some friends. I found a recipe on the webs for a Overnight French Toast Casserole.

It was a hit! It doesn’t look great in the pic, it actually looks like it would be dry. But this is overnight casserole. The bread soaks up all the flavours so pour some syrup on this baby and it was pretty good. 

I also made some whipped cream to go with it and we had Whiskey Infused Syrup from Prince Edward County and Vanilla Infused Syrup from Trader Joes.

And no mom, it isn’t Keto.
